Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website is run by Puvi Technologies Private Limited ("PUVI", "we", "us"). Contact details are at the end of this page.

What we collect

When you browse. We do not ask for, collect or store personal information while you read this website.

When you request a pilot. If you fill in the "Request a pilot" form, we receive what you enter: your name, work email, company, fleet size and any notes you choose to add. Please don't include anything you would not want us to have.

When you join our talent network. If you fill in the Careers form, we receive your name, email, location, area of interest, experience, and anything optional you add, such as a profile link, a note, or whether you need an accommodation for interviews. We also record when you agreed to be contacted and which wording you agreed to.

How we use it

We use pilot request details only to reply to you, to discuss and plan a pilot, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not use them for advertising and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

We use talent network details only for recruiting: to match you with roles that open in the future and to email you about them, as you agreed in the form. Any accommodation you tell us about is used only to arrange your interviews, is shared only with the people organising them, and plays no part in hiring decisions.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are read and how the site performs. It reports totals such as page views, referring sites, countries and browser types. It does not use cookies or local storage, and it does not build a profile of you or follow you to other websites.

Spam protection on our forms

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them. While a form is on screen, Turnstile runs a check in your browser using technical signals such as your browser and device characteristics and IP address. We receive only a pass or fail result, and Cloudflare handles the signals under its Turnstile privacy addendum. Turnstile is not used for advertising or to track you across websites.

Hosting

This website, its fonts and its code are all served by Cloudflare, which hosts, delivers and protects the site, stores what you send through our forms, and provides the analytics above. Like any web server, Cloudflare receives technical details such as your IP address and browser type when your browser requests a page, and handles them under its own privacy policy. We do not receive them in a form that identifies you.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share form details only with people at PUVI who need them to respond or to recruit, with service providers that help us run email and our business (who may use them only on our behalf), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep pilot request details for as long as we are discussing or running a pilot with you, and for a reasonable time afterwards to keep a record. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

We keep talent network details for up to 24 months from when you last updated them, then delete them unless you ask us to keep them. If you are hired, your details move into your employee records.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent you have given, including consent to be emailed about roles. Write to contact@puvi.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise a grievance with us at the same address, and you may have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to form details to the people who need them. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you send us.

Children

This website is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its effective date.
